Here are some fun and delicious recipes for you to try!
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup of margarine, melted
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup of all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup of chopped nuts, if you like
1/4 cup of fudge sauce or fudge ice-cream topping
1 cup of chilled whipping cream
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325*. Grease a round pan, 8x1 1/2 inches, or a pie plate, 8x1 1/4 inches, with shortening or cooking spray.
2. Mix granulated sugar, margarine, vanilla, salt, eggs, flour, and cocoa in a medium bowl with a wooden spoon; stir in nuts. Pour into pan.
3. Bake until wooden toothpick inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
4. Immediately prick holes in the pie with a wooden pick; spread fudge sauce over top. Cool completely.
5. Beat whipping cream and powdered sugar in a chilled small bowl until stiff; spread over fudge sauce. Drizzle with additional fudge sauce or topping if you like. Store pie in refrigerator.

3 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN
1 CUP KARO LIGHT OR DARK CORN SYRUP
1 CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP MARGARINE OR BUTTER, MELTED
1 TSP VANILLA
1 1/2 CUPS PECANS
1 BAKED PASTRY SHELL
Directions:
IN LARGE BOWL STIR FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS UNTIL WELL BLENDED. STIR IN NUTS. POUR INTO PASTRY SHELL. BAKE IN 350 OVEN 50 TO 55 MINUTES, OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED HALFWAY BETWEEN CENTER AND EDGE COMES OUT CLEAN.
2/3 cup shortening
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup nuts
1 cup coconut
1 cup gum drops (no black ones)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups flour
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add all dry ingredients one at a time. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
1 12 OZ. PKG. SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 CUP CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER
3 CUPS MINI MARSHMALLOWS
3/4 CUP OF RAISINS
3/4 CUP OF COCONUT
Directions:
MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND PEANUT BUTTER IN 2-QT. BOWL, 2 TO 3 MINUTES OR UNTIL MELTED. STIR WELL. STIR IN MARSHMALLOWS, RAISINS AND COCONUT. DROP BY SPOONFUL ON TINFOIL LINED PAN. CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 2 HOURS. KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR.
½ cup sugar
12 ice cubes
1 cup water
1 cup milk
6 oz. Orange juice concentrate
1 cap full vanilla
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender and blend on high. Pour into glasses.
