Welcome to our family website! 2009 has been a handful so far. With school and the homeschooling, Eddie and I are kept quite busy.
I can't believe that summer is almost here! Soon, I will be finished with my clinicals for phlebotomy. I hope that I an find a job once I get the certification testing out of the way. I am waiting for a transcript and certificate from a school that I attended a few years ago so that I can go back to work as a CNA. I can work just long enough withthe certificate to refresh my skills and get my license again. Then, the plan is to have the CNA and the Phlebotomy certifications and work part time in the medical field.
The boys are facing a bit of a change as well. Peter has decided to go to High School in the fall. Ben will still be homeschooled for another year or so, but will follow his brother in the High School. I am nervous but also am having a difficult time facing that Peter is now a young man, not a little boy anymore.
The goats are gone, but for now, the page will stay. We sold them because they were a bit to take care of with everyone having full schedules. I am in school, the boys are very involved with youth activities, and the goats love the hayfields that they are not supposed to be in. They all went to a huge farm to be the start of a new herd. Prince William went to a young man who only had does and all the girls went to "see" their new "man". I am sure that by now , all have adjusted and are doing quite well.
