Well, first off, let me tell you a little bit about the Rugrats. They are a cartoon show on Nick. The main characters are Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Angelica, Stew and Didi Pickles, and there are some others but they aren't as on as much. My favorite character (if you haven't noticed!) is Chuckie! Chuckie is the red-haired baby...the one that this background is made of.
