Package includes:   Box Stall
                              Stall cleaned
                              Bedding as needed
                              Two generous flakes hay twice daily
                              Up to 8 lbs grain daily
                               Addition of customer provided suppliments
                               Blankets taken off and put on
                               Fly spray and fly masks (customer to provide mask)
                               Daily turnout (6 days per week weather permitting)

BASIC PACKAGE: $285.00/ mo.

Package includes:   Large pasture for grazing

All packages above include use of facility ie. indoor arena, tack area, observation room, etc..

OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED FOR ADDITIONAL COSTS:
**Mare with foal by side is additional $100.00/ mo. for board
**Conditioning/Exercising 3 days per week $200.00 /mo.
**Training/Starting 4 days per week   $300.00 /mo.
**Holding horse for farrier or vet $20.00 / instance
**Blanket Removal and put back on $30.00/mo. or $2.00 /day
**Supplements in feed   $ .50 /day
** More than 8 lbs per grain - based on addional needed (ie.9-12lbs $15-$18/mo)
** Foaling mare out - $250.00 (plus board)
**Medical Care- Priced according to the extent of care necessary
