Reino Chi (surname last)

Name: Reino Chi (means Blood of the Soul)  Age: 17  Transformation: dragon  Status: Unknown  History: Chi's world is completely covered in water. There used to be two moons floating partially  within the atmosphere. They were extremely vegetated because the plants soaked up all the  moisture from the atmosphere (this is why it never rains). Chi's planet orbits around a young,  small, white-blue star at a great distance. The two moons never crossed each others' paths for  millions of years, until they collided and were blown to bits. One of the cultures was human  and the other was dragon. The two cultures of people from the two moons combined their  technology to send gravity transmitters down to the bottom of the ocean to keep the larger  islands in place. Being impatient and fidgety, they built a gene that would combine the two  species and implanted it in every unborn individual they could. Chi is a product of this and  now he's a human who can turn into a dragon at will. His parents were insane and he flew off  at a young age. Not being very experienced, he ended up alone on someone else's island caring  for their designer plants. The plants hate him (for no particular reason) and always try to  kill him. The owner of the island died the day before Chi could transfer to a better job. The  owner's daughter inherited everything, pretty much the island, another smaller but better  island, and the plants. Chi felt sorry for her so he stayed on the island "Hell". The girl,  Silent, is his girlfriend. Upon coming to Data, Chi was transformed into a girl.
