A Brief History of Time

“It was a member of a race whose history began when the Milky Way was still a formless collection of dust and gas-- a powerful race of immortals which had quickly grown bored of their tiny universe and nearly exterminated themselves in war.”

As the universe was created, so were the W'rkncacnter. Or perhaps... as the W'rkncacnter were created so was the universe. Before 10^ -34 seconds (known as the Planck era) there was a period of supersymmetry and ultimate stability. The forces were unified into one power and the universe was a singularity.

According to the legends of a thousand worlds only a few of which are still habitable, the W'rkncacnter are those things that live in chaos, creating it around them. At the beginning of the universe, they were unmistakable in their entities,

At 10^ -34 (the GUT era), symmetry breaking occurred, and the universe was pushed into organized chaos. The W'rkncacnter thrived in this state. With the combination of the temperature at 10^32 degrees and space expanding faster than the speed of light, it caused chaos at both the quantum and the relative level. At 3 minutes, the temperature had dropped sufficiently for nuclei to form without being ripped apart from the intense heat, thus ending the fun the W'rkncacnter must have been having.

but as time has gone by, their existence has become difficult to detect among the chaotic elements of the universe, hidden in stars, trapped in storms, forever looking along the event horizons of black holes. Setting one free in ordered space is difficult and insane.

At 380,000 years, atoms are born. The temperature drops to a mere 3000 Kelvin. Electrons settle around nuclei without being ripped apart by the heat. Photons can travel freely without being absorbed. The universe, once opaque and filled with plasma, now became transparent. The sky, instead of being white, now became black. The W'rkncacnter were now unable to find chaos in the relative universe. They needed to keep themselves in the chaos of the quantum level. To do that, they stayed at the centers of gravity and in the random nature of cosmic storms.

After 1 billion years, the temperature dropped to 18 degrees. Quasars, galaxies, and galactic clusters began to condense, largely as a by-product of tiny quantum ripples in the original fireball (quantum ripples = waves made by timeless creatures). Exploding stars spewed elements beyond iron into the heavens. As stars exploded, various individual W'rkncacnter were released into ordered space. As there is no natural chaos at this point, they form it on their own by warring with each other once again. These wars cause the formation of planets of their design. (See the Myth section later)

At 6.5 billion years, the universe began to accelerate once more and entered the de Sitter expansion phase in which the universe is driven by a mysterious antigravity force. This is the point at which the W'rkncacnter, and all traces of them, had all but disappeared from the relative universe. The Jjaro become the dominant race in our galaxy.

At some point, the W'rkncacnter were once again freed from their "prisons" (or this could happen during the time of Myth) and entered our universe. The Jjaro were scientists. They worked with nature's perfection and exactness at the relative level. When the W'rkncacnter came again, the Jjaro decided ensure the perfection of our universe by keeping the W'rkncacnter in their prisons. They trapped those that did not naturally gravitate toward chaos in meteors and, as I will explain later, universes with special properties.

Sixty-four million years ago, a large extra-terrestrial object struck the Earth in what would later be called the Yucatan Peninsula, in southeastern Mexico. The dust and rock thrown up by the resulting explosion caused enormous climactic changes in the ensuing years, and many of the Earth's species became extinct during the long winter that followed.

The object itself was buried thousands of feet below ground, its nearly two kilometer length remarkably intact. It remained there, motionless, for thousands of years before it finally began to stir- and to dream.

This is the meteor that killed the dinosaurs... and introduced Earth to the W'rkncacnter. One of the various W'rkncacnter that was trapped in a meteor crashed in the Yucatan Peninsula and there rested for many years. I'll end their history there, as it will become our history to be explained later.
