Stay:
For those who wish to stay at the venue, Radisson White Sands
Resort, a special package is worked out for the delegates for the 2 days & 2 nights
of the Congress;
For single occupancy accommodation: Rs. 9999.00
For double occupancy accommodation: Rs.11,000.00
Twin Sharing : Rs. 5500.00 per person for 2 days.
Those who want Twin sharing should intimate the Secretariat if they would like to share the room with a particular delegate.A choice of Two names can be sent as it will help the secretariat in arranging the rooms
This package is inclusive of the following:
- All presently applicable taxes.
- Airport & Margao Railway station pickup & drop off.
- Speedy check in with the "Radison Cooler" as a welcome drink.
- Buffet breakfast.
- Baggage assistance.
- Complimentary use of leisure facilities of the Resort.
- 15% discount on laundry.
- 15% discount on beauty parlor.
All bookings for a stay at the venue should be booked through the
Congress Secretariat. Should any delegate wish to extend stay beyond the above deal for 2
days, such a communication should be conveyed to us in advance. Accomodation will be
confirmed on full payment for the above package by separate demand draft in favour of
"Endo cong Goa 2004" payable at Margao Goa.
Check in would be expected on the 9th afternoon and
checkout on the 11th afternoon.
Those who do not wish to stay at the venue would have the choice
of the following Resorts & hotels in the vicinity of the Venue.
Star Hotels:All rates are subjected to variations due to the Tourism seasons and The secretariat is not responsible in for any changes in the room rates of these Star and Budget Hotels hotels.
- The Taj Exotica, 5 star, 5 kms from venue. Garden villa Rs.6000 & Deluxe villa
Rs 6500.
- Majorda Beach Resort, 5 star, 14 kms from venue. Rs 4000 single occupancy & Rs.
4500 for double occupancy.
- Ramada Caravela Resort, 3 star. 5 kms from venue. Rs 2950 for single occupancy
& Rs 3350 for double occupancy rs.1650 for Twin sharing
- Club Mahindra Resort, 3 star, 0.2 kms from venue. Rs 3000 for single occupancy
& Rs 3300 for double occupancy.
- Kenilworth Beach Resort, 3 star, 16 Kms from venue. Rs 3000 for single occupancy
& Rs 3800 for double occupancy
- Nanu Resorts, 2 star, 10 kms from venue. Rs 1600 for single occupancy & Rs 2000
for double occupancy.
- Resort De Goa ,Rs 1400 twin sharing. Rs 700 per pax per day twin sharing
All these rates are subject to service charges and change as per
season applicable at that period.
Accommodations for delegates shall be reserved at the hotels of
their choice on first come first basis after receipt of full payment for the number of
days of stay.
All bookings should be done through the Official Travel agent to
avail these special rates. Requests for any extension of stay to be done through out
travel agent only.
These rates are on per night basis per room and are
inclusive of breakfast, resort leisure facilities & airport / Margao railway station
transfers.

All bookings are to be done through the official travel agent

Confirmation of booking would be done on receipt of one night

Full payment for the room would be required before the hotel
Cancellation Details:
Cancellation received 45 days before conference: No cancellation
charges
Cancellation received between 15 and 45 days before conference:
25% deduction
Cancellation received between 7 and 15 days of conference: 50%
deduction
Cancellation received within 7 days of conference: no refund

Hotel Bookings:
The Sectretariat will assist the delegates for hotel booking. Those booking at the venue can do so directly with the Sectretariat at the time of registration. Those who want to book at other hotels have to send 1 days advance. All payments to be made by local cheques / demand drafts. Non Goan registrations by demand drafts payable in Goa only. The drafts to be payable to "EndoCong Goa 2004".A covering letter with request to book in the hotel of the delegates choice.The delegate is requested to give a choice of 2 hotels to avoid disappointment. Assistance Facilities for the delegates:
There would be a help desk and a travel desk at the venue to assist delegates with
local amenities. Event managers would be availed of for the same.
Transport:
For all delegates who stay at non starred hotels, transport is
being arranged to & fro from the venue to Margao City & Colva beach. Should there
be requests for individual transfers from Margao Railway station /airport, This
