Important Meet Reminders
Swimmers MUST be on the pool deck by the check-in time. If you are going to be late, you must bring a note to your Coach BEFORE the day of the meet. Please remember that if you are late without giving prior notice to the Coaches you will be scratched. Once you have been scratched, you will not be put back into the meet.

Swimmers
MUST stay on the deck during the meet. If the swimmer needs to leave the pool to deck to go to the bathroom, concession stand, see parents, etc he or she MUST ask the Coach that is handing out the cards for the swimmer's age group.

Swimmers
MUST stay on the deck, in their bathing suit until the end of the meet. Swimmers ARE NOT allowed to leave or change when they are done swimming. After the final team cheer, swimmers must check-out with the Coach that handed out their age group's cards. Failure to check-out with your Coach in your bathing suit will result in a suspension from the next meet. If there is a pressing reason why you need to leave early from a given meet, you MUST give a note to your Coach BEFORE the day of the meet.

Parents are not allowed on the deck unless they are working the meet. Parents are not allowed to come down to talk to their children or a Coach during a meet. Parents are also asked not to come talk to their children or a Coach during check-in or warm-ups or to come check the line-up.  Parents will be asked to leave the deck.

We ask that everyone (parents included!) support ALL swimmers on our team. Please make sure to cheer for all swimmers no matter whether they finish first, last, or in the middle. Swimmers thrive on cheering and thus will be more pumped to do better in their events.
