The “Engineering Tribute to the Presidential Inauguration” is the name of a ceremony which takes place in conjunction with the inauguration of each President of the USA.
Because the “Engineering Tribute to the Presidential Inauguration” takes place in conjunction with the inauguration of each American president, it occurs once every four (4) years, during those years which follow the year of the Presidential Election. Sometimes it lasts for more than one day, in order to allow all of the speakers to be videotaped for television. When such extensions of time are required, they are usually necessary in order to provide flexibility in the schedules of both the speakers and the television crews. In its shortened form, the “Engineering Tribute to the Presidential Inauguration” is simply called the “Engineering Tribute”.
