The organization which administers and oversees the Engineering Tribute is called the Engineering Tribute Committee. The Engineering Tribute Committee is one of three (3) committees which, when taken as a group, collectively comprise the Cultural Enrichment Committees. The Cultural Enrichment Committees is the name of a non-profit corporation which has been incorporated in the District of Columbia. As a corporation, the Cultural Enrichment Committees organization is comprised of the following three (3) committees.

1. The Engineering Tribute Committee

2. The International History Week Awards Committee

3. The Congressional Tribute Committee
