Most of the Engineering Tribute ceremonies have been videotaped for television. Since President Bill Clinton was elected in 1996, all of the Engineering Tributes have been videotaped and televised on the International Definition television program. Kenneth W. Freelain is both the producer of the International Definition television program and the founder of the Cultural Enrichment Committees organization.
