The camera panned around the hyped crowd who were chanting 'E Dub E' and then went to Paul Kilbane and Jimmy King.  Kilbane welcomed everyone to EWE Meltdown and said that in bizarre circumstances EWE owner Dave Spielberg had released a statement stating that due to a number of reasons EWE could not carry on how it was there for this week was a fresh start.  The announcers informed everyone that a non wrestler had been appointed as the General Manager so that they would be fair and make good decisions, they then went on to add that all titles as far as they knew had been made vacant.  Paul Kilbane then re capped on what went down last time EWE was on the air, talking about how Ozzy Mayhem's girlfriend Rachael went missing and fingers are pointing at Alexander A Loveless and Sparxx.  The two announcers asked the question of could Ozzy Mayhem get her back?

'Business' Ian Loveless made his way out to the ring holding the EWE heavyweight championship belt.  He introduced himself as the new General Manager of English Wrestling Entertainment and spoke about how all the titles had been made vacant except one.  In a turn of events the new GM said that GBH was the only guy in EWE worthy of being Heavyweight champion therefore he had not been stripped of his title.  The Business then asked GBH to come out to the ring and take his belt back, the heavyweight champion wondered out to the displease of the fans and took his title back.  Suddenly Steve Farrell's music hit and the Nature Boy made his way out to the ring and surprisingly said that GBH being handed the title back was unfair and biased.  The Naitch then told GBH that although they got on in the past he thought he was an asshole, as the fans cheered.  Farrell told of how he is a former 18 times heavyweight champion and he had to earn each and every title such as the FXW and TWXW championships and now GBH was just being handed one.  An argument then broke out between Ian Loveless and Farrell, Loveless must have been feeling brave as he slapped Farrell in the face only for Farrell to respond by threatening to rip the new GM's head off his shoulders.  As Farrell grabbed Loveless by the collar Psycho Kid made his way down to the ring and said that for a change he agreed with Steve Farrell.  Ian Loveless interrupted PK and said that he was fed up of the older guys of UKBYW and claimed that EWE was all about the younger guys there for there wasn't room for two BYW Veterans in one fed.  To everyone's surprise Loveless then announced that Psycho Kid would face Steve Farrell tonight in a career vs. career match.  The two looked shocked but Loveless had not finished as he then said it would be a Texas Death Match where whoever wins would go on to face GBH for the title at Breaking point.  This was to motivate both men as in BYW Farrell calls himself the king of the Texas Death Match and Psycho Kid still wanted a rematch with GBH after the screw job at Savage Revenge.

Backstage Ian Loveless told Chris Taylor to get out to the ring because he had a Heavyweight title shot so that GBH could prove he was a worthy champion.

GBH ©  Vs.  Chris Taylor  <EWE Heavyweight Championship Match>
This was a classic encounter and started off with an intense tie up followed by some perfect chain wrestling from the pair.  The champion locked in a tight hammerlock but Taylor reversed it in to a hammerlock of his own taking GBH down and getting a close count from a pinfall.  The two locked up again exchanging holds and moments later GBH pounded down on the challenger near the ropes as he then ran at Taylor connecting with a big running knee to the head sending both men over the top rope.  The champion continued his domination until he was caught out with a head scissors and then nearly pinned after a brilliant hurricarana delivered by Chris Taylor.  Taylor then climbed the ladder and jumped from it on to GBH's shoulders and hit another hurricarana.  The challenger continued his domination as he connected with a beautiful standing moonsault followed up by a standing SSP.  Taylor then applied a tight submission hold on the upper body of GBH and to everyone's surprise the champion tapped out!  Referee Scott Smith saw GBH tap out and just turned away, a frustrated Chris Taylor got up and questioned Smith as to why he had not ended the match but from behind GBH rolled Taylor up.  The referee did a fast count but Taylor just managed to kick out, a stunned Taylor got to his feet but GBH had climbed high and hit the challenger with a cross body.  The rightful winner Chris Taylor battled back though and attempted to take GBH out with his trademark tornado kick, however the champion was smart enough to move and he lifted Taylor up and delivered the Emerald Fusion.  GBH made the cover and Scott Smith counted to three as the champion retained but not without controversy.
Winner - GBH (pinfall)

In the Commissioners office a pissed off Plague approached X-Con and said that he was not happy about being stripped of his hardcore title.  The Commish said it was not his decision but he was going to give Plague a chance to get the hardcore title back in five-man 15-minute scramble match where the person with most pitfalls in 15 minutes would be champion.  X-Con said that also in the match would be Plague's Breaking Point opponent Mikey Wreckage, Havoc, Crowcain and non other then X-Con himself.  Plague still was not happy and stormed off for the match tipping X-Con's desk over in the process.

15-Minute Hardcore Title Scramble Match
Crowcain  Vs.  Wreckage  Vs.  Havoc  Vs.  X-Con  Vs.  Plague

This match lived up to it's name and it was a scramble as all five competitors give there all to be the guy with the most pitfalls after 15 minutes.  Early on in the match Havoc showed his power as he took out Plague and Wreckage with a stiff double clothesline.  Commissioner X-Con was the first to bring the weaponry in to play as he continuously smashed a steel tray over Wreckage's head.  Havoc came close to being the first to pick up a pinfall after he downed Plague with a sit out scoop slam but Crowcain intercepted the pin.  The brawl continued and after X-Con kicked Plague in the head he pinned him and got a pinfall making him go 1 up over everyone.  At one point Wreckage mocked his Breaking Point opponent Plague by using his very own move the slice dice on him.  Havoc then picked up a pinfall as he tombstoned Crowcain on to a steel chair, X-Con and Havoc now both had 1 pinfall each.  Mikey Wreckage continued to anger Plague when Wreckage and X-Con brawled on to the stack of crates and Wreckage hit an end of days on the Commish off them.  This was enough for a three count and meant that Crowcain and Plague badly needed pitfalls if they were to have any chance of winning the match.  A desperate Crowcain then leg dropped X-Con and got a badly needed pinfall to put him right back in to the match.  X-Con attempted to Swanton bomb Crowcain but missed so Plague took the opportunity to pin the fallen Commish and it paid off when he got the three count to make everyone level.  The clock was ticking and everyone was desperate to get a pinfall but there just seemed to be no break threw.  With just over ten seconds left, Havoc took Plague down with a strong lariat and pinned him for the three count.  Havoc now had two pitfalls and everyone else had one, in the dying seconds everyone dived on the fallen bodies in an attempt to equal with Havoc but they were too late and time had ran out as Havoc was crowned the new EWE Hardcore champion.
Winner - Havoc (2 pinfalls)

At the arena entrance Ozzy Mayhem and his older brother Skank Rat Mayhem entered.  Ozzy was looking as worried as ever while discussing Rachael with his big brother, He said he was going to find out where she was because he couldn't take it any longer.

In his office General Manager Ian Loveless was telling someone that he had brought them to EWE to prove them self and take care of business in the ring against Ozzy Mayhem later in the show.  The camera did not show whom the GM was talking too but there was a lot of speculation as to who the new EWE wrestler could be.

Richard Carey  Vs.  Rage w/Cassie  <EWE Cruiserweight title Semi final 1>
The winner of this match would be going on to Breaking Point to fight for the cruiserweight championship against the winner of Chris Taylor and El Diablo, which will be taking place on Meltdown 13.  Rage showed a lot of arrogance at the start of the match as he delayed getting the match underway by making sure his knee pads were on correctly.  After a nice little opening Carey took Rage down with an arm drag, Carey then took some control over the more experienced Rage.  At one point in the match Rage blocked a tornado DDT and countered with a perfect northern lights suplex.  Rage kept control for a while but Richard Carey for short spells battled back hitting a hurricarana and flying head scissors.  Then Carey attempted to down Rage with his RKO but it was blocked and reversed in to a modified F5.  The match went on with both men determined to book a place at Breaking Point, Rage however showed his experience with a number of counters from Carey's attempts at moves.  One of those reversals came when Carey done a flip plancha from the ladders but Rage caught him on his shoulders and hit a sit out powerbomb.  He followed the sit out powerbomb up with a standing drop kick, however minutes later out of nowhere the rookie Carey hit his RKO.  As Carey was about to make the cover Cassie called him over to her and as he approached her she pulled her shirt up revealing her puppies.  Rage then came from behind a shocked and excited Richard Carey and once again delivered the modified F5 only this time it was enough for the 3.
Winner - Rage (pinfall)

Ozzy Mayhem and his brother Skank Rat made there way out to the ring, an emotional Ozzy demanded to know where Rachael was.  He said that for the past two weeks he had been out of his mind with worry so he wanted Sparxx and Alexander A Loveless to tell him where Rach was.  Sparxx lead by Alexander A Loveless came out on the isle way and Loveless said that the only way Ozzy would see Rachael again was if he made a sacrifice, and that sacrifice would have to be his brother Skank Rat!  Loveless added that next week if Skank Rat fails to defeat Sparxx then Ozzy will never see Rachael again.  The duo then left and Ozzy waited for his mystery opponent and it turned out to be non other then ex NLW and FUX wrestler Nero!

Nero  Vs.  Ozzy Mayhem w/Skank Rat Mayhem
A nice technical start got this match underway where the action went back and fourth between the two.  Ozzy then hit a back breaker and then attempted a snap suplex but Nero countered it and hit a suplex of his own.  Nero then hit a clothesline and went to work on the leg of Ozzy Mayhem.  While Nero seemed to be working on the leg of Ozzy, Ozzy kept hitting back and working on the back of Nero with moves like a modified back breaker and a lion tamer.  It was Nero who came the closest to the win first after he hit a northern lights suplex but Ozzy managed to kick out.  The match continued to see both men pretty evenly matched as the action went back and fourth between the two just like it did at the start of the match.  Nero climbed the ladder and attempted a leg drop but missed and Ozzy then climbed high and connected with a cross body.  The action continued and Ozzy attempted his MKO but Nero caught his leg and spun him around and then connected with a super kick of his own.  This was enough for the three count and Nero collected a big debut victory.
Winner - Nero (pinfall)

After the match Ozzy Mayhem got up to his feet and said he was impressed with Nero and asked him to join the Dark Carnival.  Nero shook Ozzy's hand and accepted the invitation.

Backstage ahead of the Texas Death Career vs. Career match, Steve Farrell approached Psycho Kid and told him that although they hadn't always seen eye to eye on screen he did respect him for what he had done in UKBYW.  Psycho Kid told the Nature Boy that the feeling was mutual as they then shook hands and wished each other luck.

MAIN EVENT - Texas Death Match, Career vs. Career
Psycho Kid  Vs.  'Nature Boy' Steve Farrell

This match was intense, emotional and brutal as both guys knew this could be the last time they backyard wrestle.  The match started out slowly as the pair exchanged collar and elbow tie-ups, which were broken up in the corners.  Farrell then ran at PK but was taken down with a shoulder block and then PK ran at Farrell but was taken down with a clothesline.  Some chain wrestling then followed and then Farrell took PK down by his hair and locked on a spinning toehold where PK quickly and smartly tapped out.  By tapping out so quickly it meant he was saving energy and could get up faster during the ten count.  As PK staggered up he was met by a number of steel tray shots to the head and a number of trademark Farrell chops.  The Nature Boy then went to the legs of PK after a big shin breaker and weakened them.  PK hit back though with a flipping neck breaker and some tray shots and he then connected with a roaring elbow on to one of the trays smashing Farrell in the face.  The action went to the outside and PK climbed the ladder but missed a leg drop and then Farrell went up and connected with a fist drop getting a three count.  PK staggered up before the 10 and countered back with a yakuza kick to the face of Farrell and this was enough for the three count but Farrell got up on 7.  PK was on the crates and was about to hit the van terminator but Farrell got up and cracked PK sending him crashing on to a pile of conker shells.  Farrell then dragged PK up on to the crates and was about to piledriver him but PK reversed it in to a back body drop sending Farrell from the crates threw a table.  Another pinfall for PK followed but Farrell again staggered up and the two battled on and Farrell attacked PK with a toilet brush and mop.  PK though got another pinfall after connecting with an Amityville horror but Farrell soon after hit a piledriver on the conker shells.  The two then battled to the football pitch and Farrell reversed an Irish whip sending PK crashing upside down in to a fence.  Next the pair battled on some concrete where Psycho Kid suplexed Farrell on to the hard concrete floor getting the pin and nearly getting the win but Farrell got up on the 9 count.  The Nature Boy though knew how close his 11-year BYW legacy had came to ending and hit back with three piledriver's on to the concrete.  He pinned PK and on the 9 count it looked to be over but suddenly PK nipped up and sprung back in to life, the pair battled back to the ring area where PK threw Farrell off the ladders and then picked up another close win after he delivered a fisherman's buster.  Then as both men were tired and worn down PK missed a red star press and Farrell took advantage by locking on the figure four-leg lock, Psycho managed to turn the move over and both men tapped out.  They then got to their knees and started to exchange stiff shots to the head with their fists.  It was only a matter of time before the curtain came down one of the competitor's backyard wrestling legacies.  After a few exchanged shots Farrell went crazy and the sound of the punches cracking the skull of PK was all that could be heard and eventually PK dropped to the floor for what was to be the last time in BYW.  He was out cold and the referee counted to ten, as Steve Farrell was victorious and went down to his knees with tears in his eyes.
Winner - Steve Farrell

After the match EWE's most emotional scenes followed as the crowd chanted Psycho Kid's name.  Some roster members helped PK up who then hugged Farrell and then said goodbye and thank you to EWE and UKBYW!  PK and Farrell them embraced again as tears flowed from their eyes knowing that it was all over, this was a special moment.
