My answer is is simple...
In a storm .. I choose to see a rainbow
in the midst of the rain
I look at the darkness and see the
beauty of the moon
When I look at a rose bush
I see the importance of the thorn
When surrounded by wicked tongues
I am grateful
For my tongue is not evil.. so peace
can fill my mind
Im my peace solitude I find
As I've lived my life
Situations have occurred
causing my joy to be
temporarily blurred
But..OH HOW LUCKY AM I
For when I pass through a storm
My strength of character grows
I am lucky to realize this
and I hope that it shows
Grateful am I for the sun
when it rises
Knowing a new day
will hold some surprises
Grateful still when the sun does set
Knowing my dreams hold a vision
not to forget
When leaves fall from the highest of trees
They blanket the ground..
Protecting from freeze
In everything we see, hear and touch
There is something to be learned
Wisdon is such
I am the luckiest person alive!!!
