 From The Club Captain.

 

 I have some greatly important news to share with you
 all. Our group, the University of Canterbury
 Medieval and Renaissance Society is under serious
 threat from people who wish to do nothing but
 destroy our group and everything we hold dear. I
 have personally suspected that this has been going
 on for quite some time, but as of yet, I have had no
 concrete evidence to verify my fears. What I am
 talking about affects everyone in the group, and
 none of us will walk away from this unscathed.
 
 However, I recently managed to confront this person
 who has been so hostile to us. Unfortunately our
 meeting did not stay civil and well mannered for
 very long, and quickly became harsh and very
 hostile. It was during this ensuing physical
 engagement, that the true identity of our enemy was
 revealed. This unmasking of our opponent was
 shocking, for the very enemy of our club, is in fact
 the malevolent baron of the empire, the sinister
 marauding evildoer of the galaxy himself, Darth
 Vader!
 
 The resulting battle was chaotic and dirty, and I
 was on the floor at least once. Luckily my
 experience of sitting through many a boring
 engineering lecture rendered me immune to his Jedi
 mind tricks. I fought valiantly, and mustering all
 the fighting knowledge that Cevin has taught me, and
 all the fancy Italian dance steps I could remember,
 I was able to finally defeat this most dastardly
 threat to our club. We may all now rest, knowing
 that once again, the Ordo Cygni has stood triumphant
 over the hordes of evil that occupy our very own
 lands. And for those of you who don't believe me, a
 single soul was able to record this momentous
 battle, this fight to the death, on a single grainy
 photo, which I have attached to the bottom of this message.
