How to communicate with Angels
					To speak with angels is to mearly set the intention of this. Angels are always so eager to communicate with us and be there of assistance. This is why they were created. The purpose is to be those Earthly assistance to those who truly need it most. A few techniques are as follows...
					1. Meditation: Sit in a quiet place where you can focus and not be disturbed. Bring yourself to a centered energy by breathing deep cleansing breaths and by relaxing your mind. When you are ready, ask to have some angel guidance come to you on a particular situation or just helpful guidance that is for you. You can spend as much time with this technique as you wish. Thank the angels for their messages when your done and enjoy the energy that they have given you. 2. Dreams: You can ask angels to come into your dreams and bring messages of clarity, blocks, answers and guidance on what it is you need to know at that time in your life. Before falling asleep, take a moment to center yourself and ask the angels to come into your dreams for whatever reasons you are asking, and bring clear messages you will remember. Also make it a conscious thought to remember your dream in the morning to receive your messages. Try to write them down immediately. 3. Angel Journal: Create a special journal for your angel messages to be written down. When you give such attention to this, the angels will be sending you messages all the time. Look for them in everyday things. If you feel it was a message from angels, make a note of it so you can write it down in your journal later. 4. Angel Cards: I like angel oracle cards since they have messages on the bottoms of them. Angel tarot is not suggested since this is a different energy all together and can be complicated or misleading for those who are just starting out. The cards will help you with everyday guidance and help you get used to the feel of the angels' energy so you know when you are receiving angel messages.
