Chakra Balancing and Alignment
When balancing or aligning the Chakras you need to have more focus and know a bit of how the energy flows in the Chakra System.

As with every meditation, find a comfortable position and a position you won't fall asleep in. Start with relaxing the body and start to take some deep breaths to release any tensions in the body and mind.

Breathe deep into the belly and fill those lungs. With every breath you take in, feel the tension release from the body and mind. With every breath you breathe out, let go of all worries of the mind, and feel those tensions leave through your breath allow yourself to sink into the chair, floor, mat, etc.

When you have come to a nice relaxed state, begin to focus on the chakra system. Feel how the energy flows within the meridians and the centers themselves. Feel the energy within your physical body and in the energy bodies around you. Take a few moments to be in this energy.

Now bring your focus on the Base Chakras (red). See the energy, feel the energy. Focus on this chakra and know what the energy should look like and how it should be flowing. Focus on bringing this chakra to it's balanced flow. Take a few moments to assess and when you feel this chakra is balanced, then move on to the next chakra.

Do this through each chakra till you reach the Crown.

Now, focus back on the Base Chakra (red) and imagine a rod of light that starts in the Base Chakra reaching all the up, through the other chakra centers to the very top chakra.
See how they are all connected and inline with this rod of light.

As this rod of light is in place, take in a deep breath and on the exhale, imagine a ball of light shooting, from your breath, up the rod hitting each chakra along the way. Do this 3 or 7 times to align the chakras.

When finished, imagine the rod slowly retracting back down through the chakras until it reaches the Base Chakra and then disappears.

Take a few moments once again and see the chakra system. Feel the energy and how it flows now and how the energy is flowing around the physical body and within the energy bodies around you.

When you are ready, slowly bring yourself out of your meditative state and stretch. Mild stretching is fine, no heavy duty stretching.

You are integrating and acclimating the body to the energy you just created.

Do this technique once a week or at least 2 times a month.
