Ego and Negative Energies
		Ego is an energy of dark not light. Below the energy of vibration and creation. Below the angels and human. Below the alien energy. This is why they tend to fall into this energy since it's so close to their vibration. Humanity is such a mix of vibrations that the frequency needs to be shifted and changed. Shift what is to be shifted. Earth was not to be so solid. It is a glowing mass but the forms became hardened as did the energies of Light. Finding their way is how it's happening but only lost when not in balance. They are following and finding each other to balance and truth.
	How to shield against ego and other negative energies
			*Make it the conscious decision to be aware. *Learn more about your empathic abilities so you know if what you are feeling is your own or if you are picking it up from someone else. *Use crystals , in the beginning, to help tame the energy to a calmer level while learning about these energies. *Use light protection around the body to shield negative energies from your energy bodies but always remember to allow for positive energies to come through. *Meditate at the end of each day to be shown if you have been affected by ego so you can recognize the energy and it can be disapated till there is no affect. *Release all energies of ego affect to the universe to be dealt with positively. *Become more centered in yourself so ego is not an affect anymore.
