Eight Legged Freaks
The premise to this movie is simple, a bunch of spiders
are mutated and cause major havoc in a small town.
The plot is obviously not the best part of this film, and
neither is the acting. What's so great about this film is
the fact that it doesn't try to be anything but great fun,
the giant spiders are very realistic and what's more, they have varying characteristics and even personalities that are used to great effect. There are also some extremely funny bits as well as some genuinly scary ones. What you get here is a silly but fun movie that succeeds in making you laugh and jump. It is instantly forgettable but you'll enjoy it while it lasts.
