Hellsing

Sir Integral Windgates Hellsing - The leader of the Hellsing Organization has a different relationship with Maxwell in both the anime and manga. In the anime, they dispise eachother; plain and simple; end of story, and Maxwell goes out of his way to make trouble for her and her vampire employees. In the manga, they still throw barbs at each other but it's more humorous and they don't scream at each other as much. Maxwell also helps out Hellsing, in his own little way, when their common enemy, Millenium, makes it's appearence.

Alucard - Maxwell and Hellsing's badass juggernut vampire have been in the same room before, but they rarely interact. In the anime, Alucard threatens Maxwell and plays along with Maxwell's "Peter Pan" metaphors. Maxwell shows a mixture of fear and disgust at the sight of Alucard. In the manga, Maxwell pretty much leaves talking to Alucard up to Integral.

Officer Seras Victoria - the little naieve fledgling vampire in Hellsings ranks and Maxwell never speak  to each other, or give the time to notice each other, for that matter. Also, Maxwell and the Iscariots seem to be the only people who don't care that Seras' breasts are the same size, if not larger, then her head.

Walter Kum Dorne - Maxwell and Integral's butler(who is also DA MAN! XD), never really interact. Walter actually seems to be in the same boat as Father Ronaldo and doesn't say much when Integral and Maxwell are throwing barbs at each other.
