My School

Red Deer College - The RDC home page provides detailed information on everything the college has to offer.

HTML

HTML Goodies - This page has a lot of useful information for those new to HTML, and provides a good reference for those more experienced.

WebMonkey - This page has an extensive library ranging from basic HTML to the more advanced Java, CGI and Perl. It also has helpful hints for businesses, a search engine for their site (powered by Atomz.com), and tips for those looking for HTML-related employment.

Hype's Color Specifier for Netscape v.3 - A useful referencing tool to see what certain colours look like in hexadecimal format.

Java

Web Programming with Visual J++ - It's not as proprietary as it sounds -- there's a lot of good Java programming help here, for the novice as well as the expert.

Developing Professional Java Applets - As the title would indicate, this is focused on Applets, but a lot of good material here.

My Java work - This a page where I've included some of the Java stuff I've worked on for school. Give them a look! (I'll try to have source code up there soon).

Personal Interest

Penny Arcade Logo

Penny Arcade - This is one of the many web comics that I read every single day of my dreary existence. It's freakin' hilarious most days, some other days just plain incomprehensible, but I felt obliged to link to them because of their kick ass attitude on the top of the page!

Yahoo! Games
Yahoo! Games - A wide assortment of board games and the like have been adapted for play over the Internet. Lots of fun!

PlayByWeb.com - Essentially this site offers the ability to roleplay online with other people through the use of a message board which players of a particular game can post to. For anyone doubting how a game that would go so slowly would be fun, BELIEVE ME, the quality usually more than makes up for it.

Prophecy's Type O Negative Page
Prophecy's Type O Negative Page - A site dedicated to just one of many bands that I love listening to. I particularly like the Articles section of this site, because I really get a kick out of what frontman Peter Steele has to say about things. Check it out for yourself!
