| I always knew that I would have a baby someday and that I would use cloth diapers when the time came. But when my husband and I started trying to conceive in the summer of 2004, I was shocked and overwhelmed by the amount of research I had to do. There are endless types, styles, and brands of cloth diapers, all of which seem to work for some families but not for others. Originally, I wanted to ask our family to buy us a complete birth to potty diapering system up front while I was still pregnant, and then we would never have to think about diapers again. This did not happen. Once I started to research, I got hooked. But I know not everyone likes to do this type of research--and it was frustrating even for me. My goal here is to help you understand the basics of cloth diapering so you can make an informed decision. |
