That little guy is Guy Fawkes, also known as the Mad Bomber. He is a much loved symbol in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal community.
Currently I am serving as a Team Leader with the 705th Ord Co (EOD) in Ft Polk Louisiana. The fighting 705th provides support to the State of Louisiana as well as the 19 Eastern Counties in Texas.
One of my more recent adventures took me to the United Arab Emirates. We conducted a seminar on EOD procedures under Army Central's TCA (Traditional CINC Activity) program.
