| Dear Parents: I just wanted to take a moment and let you know that I am working both for and with you for the benefit of your child. I understand that what I am teaching your children are not only just facts, dates, times or people, but hopefully lessons about life and themselves. I take my job very seriously, which is why I accept nothing less than the best from my students. I hope not only to influence their grade, but also their lives. In order to do this, I need your help. It's very simple-- just ask your child what they're learning in my class. Talk about it with them.
