Nissan invited several customizing houses to perform conversions of its newly launched Pathfinder Armada full-size SUV. The Axis Sport Tuning Pathfinder Armada is a fully loaded, go-anywhere off-road machine. Axis has enhanced the Pathfinder Armada's off-road ability with Bilstein coil-over shocks and Eibach springs, Axis Warlock Bead Lock-style 20-inch wheels with Toyo Open Country 325/60-20 tires. The exterior features an external roll cage by Twisted Tin, a Warn Winch, PIAA lights, and PPG chrome yellow paint with Gold Pearl.

Roush Performance has developed a series of styling and performance enhancements for the Ford F-150, America's most popular truck, developing all-new suspension and design elements for its Stage 1 and 2 option packages for the 2004 F-150 4x2 and 4x4 models. Among them are the front fascia and distinctive hood scoop visible in this shot. Package features include 20-inch wheels, a Roush-engineered suspension, a cold-air induction system, a cat-back exhaust with a chrome tip, a front bumper cover, and signature Roush badging, decals, and embroidered floor mats. Additional options include a high-performance braking system, the distinctive Roush Performance leather seating package, and signature side exhaust. The Roush Performance Ford F-150 will debut in dealer showrooms in early 2004. A supercharger, as shown on the SEMA show Ford F-150, will be added to the list of options later in the year.

In its first venture into America's sport-compact tuner market, Roush Performance Products created a performance version of the Ford Focus, with an aerodynamic package consisting of an upper-level rear wing and mid-level rear spoiler. Chassis tuning modifications include a front traction bar and a rear anti-roll bar. Roush Blue paint sets off the suspension components. Visible through the European-style 17-inch alloy wheels is the body-color paint on the front and rear brake calipers. Inside, one finds a Roush shifter assembly, gauge cluster, and racing-style billet pedal kit, along with a leather seating package and signature Roush badging, decals, windshield banner, and embroidered floor mats.
