To start this quest find Kyla Frostbeard Located in Frostbeard's Furs & Leather in Thurgadin.
You say, "Hail Kyla Frosbeard"
Kyla Frostbeard says, "Greetings to you. I seek those who call themselves magicians. Are you a magician, little one?"
You say, "I am a magician"
Kyla Frostbeard says, "I thought so. I have several tasks for you to accomplish. Once you have completed them I will have a cap, a robe, sleeves, wristbands, gloves, leggings and boots to reward you with."
To obtain the armor you need to turn in the appropriate piece of Torn Enchanted Silk clothing and the required Gems.
