The following applications and utilities were made on and for Linux.
Projects
- USBICEL: my new and most important project. USBICEL is an
environment allowing to compose music pieces from sound samples from various sources
- tk3MU: a graphical interface for 3MU, the Roland TB303 emulator
- TromVSpacer: an interface between the "rythm machine" Trommler and the
VSpace language, allowing to add stereo panning and reverb to a Trommler song.
- midi2trommler: a converter from MIDI files to Trommler songs
- Trommler Python lib: a Python class library allowing to read and write
Trommler song files. Used in TromVSpacer and midi2trommler
- SpecPython: an add-on to the tool
SpecTcl, allowing you
to draw simple graphical interfaces and to generate the corresponding code, in Tcl/Tk for SpecTcl, and in
Python/Tkinter for SpecPython.
By the way, tk3MU and TromVSpacer are referenced in the best web site listing all sound and MIDI
related software for Linux: Dave Philips's "Linux MIDI and Sound
Applications".
