a transfor method that supports text, graphics, and audio that can be stored in a computer file. This allows users to jump from one location to another.
E-mail(Electronic Mail)
letters or messages sent from one user to another over the Internet.
Download
refers to saving a document from an online source to one computer.

connected to the Internet.
Hyperlink
special text or graphic that, when clicked will display another Web Page or site.(ex. Google )
Bookmark(Favorite)
mapping the URL of a site to a specific location in one computer, so that it can be found later.(in the upper right hand corner you might have noticed a heart on a white sheet of paper. That is the favorite button. Click it on this e-mail and you can come to this e-mail by going to the toolbar, then favorites. Note in order to place a hyperlink in an IM, or e-mail you would simply drag the heart to the area where you would like to place the link.)
