Fun times at Disney...
Home
The Braves warming up before the game. Just think: Chipper Jones is in there somewhere. I just wish I could have seen him close up.
This is Jessie, Joanne, Christina, myself and Erin at Disney's Wide World of Sports. The Altanta Braves were there for Spring Training and we girls were lucky enough to catch a Braves vs. Cardinals game.
This is us (I'm behind the camera, obviously) outside DWWoS. We were all first timers and totally excited for the game.
The final score: Braves 9, Cardinals 0. It was quite an experience. Joanne and Jessie had never seen a game before, so Erin, Christina and I spent the entire game explaining what was going on. It was an amazing day at Cracker Jack Stadium. Even more amazing was that neither of the girls had ever heard our National Anthem before. I guess I thought that everyone knew it. Silly me...
While enjoying the game, Erin and I (who are both from Illinois) randomly spotted these guys and wondered what exactly they were doing so far from the University of Illinois. Though we never got the chance to ask them, we did get to join in their chant of I-L-L  I-N-I. Most of the other fans just looked at us all like we were nuts, but it was quite exciting to see someone from home, even if we didn't know them personally.
For some strange reason, I've decided that I want to take my picture on every ride in the Magic Kingdom - or at least in Fantasyland. Here's a start.
Joanne and I on "Dumbo the Flying Elephant."
This picture is me with Cinderella's horse. You can tell it's hers because the horse's tail has a golden ribbon tied around it.
Joanne and myself on "it's a small world."
This is Joanne taking a picture of me while I'm taking a picture of her on "Cinderella's Golden Carousel."
