| OK...now this very fine speciman is Rob Anger. He's a personal trainer at my gym and I've just started taking his Shao Bo class...and it was total fun. I also lived to tell about it....we'll see how I feel tomorrow. I'm such a rookie..... If you want or need a personal trainer....I'd highly recommend him. He's all about serious fitness, he's highly motivating and takes no sass!!!! VISIT ROB'S WORLD |
