Potatoes Made Easy Plus Less Room!
Things need: Collect old garbage cans,or plastic drums, plastic or metal; Straw; and all purpose soil even composed soil will work; maybe a drill and big bits or small knife any thing that will cut throw plastic, also a hammer maybe if using metal cans.

1.If using plastic with a bottom, cut some holes about the size of the bottom of a soda can, all around the out side of the can probably about 12 our so,spread out, make 4 or 5 in the bottom of the can also. If using metal just make some holes in the bottom of the can ,( the cans do not have to have a bottom in them at all.

2. Put the can in the sun then start to put a layer of straw ,then a layer of soil then a anther layer of straw then a layer of soil finally but the seed potatoes all over the top off the soil, then add straw, add soil, then put a another layer of potatoes,        cover with straw, ( the straw and soil only has to be about a inch to inch and a half thick.

3. As the potatoes grow the need to be watered frequently depending on the weather at least once a week if not twice a week, just stick the hoes on then for a few minutes to water them throw. As the potatoes start to grow up and out when the tops are about 3 inches long add more soil then a layer of straw till you can barely see the tops of the potato plants. Do this until you have no more room.
