The purpose that identifies and pursues the Center by the Peace, and in joint form with the Foundation that it it composes, consists of carrying out general works of interest that will consist of:
The proposed enumeration does not have a character rigorous.
To try the harmonic contact among the human beings and the stillness of the States, in foward to the actions of conflict.
To scramble for the defense and protection of the principles and basic values of the humanism, after the progress and development of the humanity, with an end net of respect and equality toward the neighbor, the attitude of solidarity and the associate cultural growth of the persons.
To promote the dialogue, the reciprocal cooperation, the unit and to fortify the bonds among the parts, the peaceful solution of any type of controversy and of all those end that be consequent with the progress and human development.
To consolidate the world peace.
To promote and to diffuse the Alternative Methods for the Resolution of Conflicts or Disputes and to work in everything that be concerning this institute and by means of the operating action of professionals qualified, mentioning among them the negotiation, mediation, facilitation, conciliation and arbitration; to collaborate and to cooperate with other Organizations Governmental and Non Governmental and Intermediate Institutions that undertake the thematic relative, in order to achieving the peace of integration national and international or in other spheres that contribute to its development, application and implementation.
To try to awake the interest of the States to collaborate among itself by means of the implementation or establishment of programs and plans of aid and promotion with a purpose privately of respect and applicable, social equilibrium in all the areas that result in the own benefit of the members of its community.
To do extensive these concepts to all the towns of the world, without distinctions of no species, guaranteeing the human dignity, common good, the social justice, the liberty, equality, solidarity, the full exercise of the rights and the attitude of plurality and participation.
To promote an active role, on the part of the States, that consecrate and guarantee in a tangible way the defense and protection of the interests citizens, that constitute the base and foundation for the sensitive generation of politics to the human values.
To unfold all kinds of tasks and actions related for the purpose of processing and study of the Center by the Peace with a national and international reach.
To watch for the fulfillment of the end established, cooperating and collaborating in its more extensive sense through the contribute of all its knowledge and experiences obtained in all the spectrum of its objectives and especially in the area of the investigation.
To assume one more role than protagonic, when the needs and situations of the moment require it, and to request of certain national or international Entities of origin.
To seek to arrange covenants, for the fulfillment of their objectives, with other Institutions, public or private, of national or international level, that they pursue identical objectives and to the end to coordinate plans, programs and political of joint action in accordance with the social object that links them relating to the theme "peace".
To try to generate a public conscience upon the need to achieve the world peace of integration.
To promote the joint growth and of solidarity, individual and state, to the end to protect and to re-establish the public identity that store to erect and to perpetuate the important patrimony of the humanity.
To fight, peacefully in a way certain and effective, and by means of the corresponding support, against the large wrongs that flagellate constant and persistently to the humanity; among them: hunger, poverty and illness.
To try to instill to all the men and women of the world, any be its condition, charge or profession, upon the need to promote the unit, the progress and the human development in all its environments, in function of the job and effort of plurality and participation to count on all the advantages and benefits that are removed of the same one and that implies to live in society; eliminating any type of bond that and they impede the noble attainment of their purposes, fortifying all the joined aspects to this and that they do not tend to limit the necessary communication and the moral elevation of the individuals.
In general, to diffuse the principles and basic values of the humanism, by means of the social action the one that as of the analysis of the problematic one of the man, in their material and spiritual dimension, so much in the individual thing as in the common thing, propendan to the integral formation of the person, to the positive change, their transformation and integration, trying to fortify to the civil society.
To promote the middles destined to the economic, social, and cultural development of all the sectors of the population, as well as the creation of environments where be considered and they debate the problems that do to the development of the persons, with the purpose to favor the improvement of the quality of life of the members of all the community.
To promote the active participation in the elaboration and promotion of solutions in the framework of debates, conferences, courses and other middles of participation and integration.
To stimulate the formation of leaders of the community according to the principles of these objects, trying the permanent growth of the social agent beneficiary of the job of this Company.
To instruct and to create conscience to the common citizen in all the aspects that do to the efficient and full development of the life in society, trying to collaborate in the permanent development and continued of the own learning individual and collective, the attitude of example and after the social solidarity.
To incorporate the respect to the medium environment as main axis where the actions are supported to undertake, to investigate, to develop and to implement, as well as to promote the study of techniques and technologies that resguarden the natural resources and built that they conform the medium environment.

This agency, created to instance of the Foundation and therefore clerk of the same one, will exclude of all its acts the union, religious, political questions, of nationality, regions and/or specific races.
