Ayabie started in Spring 2004 with the same label that ナイトメア. Aoi was the former vocalist of MASK. Ryohei, Takehito and Intetsu were all former Hinawana. They had their first concert in Takadanobaba AREA on May 8th. After that, they released a maxi-single, called "Kagen no sakura, ame", and it was sold at this concert. They also released "Romancer", another maxi-single. In September, they released "Chousoi sou yori san rin", their second maxi-single and it manages to get on the 7th spot of the Oricon Indies chart. On October 15th, they released "Gothic Party", 82nd spot on the Oricon Major charts this time. On December 21st, they released their first DVD, "Daikei/Misery in Zadasuku". On January 1st, 2005 they released a mini-album called "Tetsu no Shima". On February 10th they released their next maxi-single titled "M". It was limited to 5000 copies, and it came with an A4-sized 24-pages photobook. A month later, on March 21st they released their first album, "Ayabie sokukan ongenshuu". It came with a bonus DVD that contained PVs of the songs "Daikei" and "Misery in the dusk". However, these PVs were also on the DVD they released in December 2004. On April 25th, they released a new single ,"Kuroi stukai to shikinegai". On May 25th they released a second press of it, which was only available in the shop Like an Edison. In the following months they started to release singles like crazy. They released 3 singles, and each of them was released together with a DVD that contained the PV of the first song. The first one, ”-Igyou no sou no doujisha- taikanshiki zenya" was released on June 10th, the next one, "-Kakoyakasuresakebishi- tsukikoi" on July 10th, and the last one was released on August 10th, called "-Manatsuyukitorokerushyougen- kiss me snow". In Spetember, the band got an official drummer, called Kenzo. For October they announced the release of another mini-album, called "EquAL pRayer 2 aLL". In November they will start on the tour "EquAL pRayer 2 U" in which they play across the country.
