Gazette was formed in February 2002. They were Ruki (vocal), Uruha (guitar), Aoi (guitar), Reita (bass guitar) and Yune (drumms). In 2003 he left the band and Kai (ex-Mareydi Creia)joined GAZETTE. In April 2002 they released their firt single "Wakaremichi" and in October they gave the first one-man. In January 2003 the band joined PS Company label. At the beginning of Decemeber they performed at 2-man live with Deadman and after, they participated in the Beati-fool's Fest. On April 2004, it was released a DVD, "-Judgement Day-". Also, their Offcial Fanclub was established. On Septemeber the first Gazette full album, "Disorder" was on sale. During 2005, the band focused on tours and concerts. In 2006, the band changed their name to the actual one -> the GazettE. They released "Nil", a new full album and held a big tour around Japan. At the end of the year, they had their official site available in English, Korean and Chinese also. In 2007, a new full album was released, "STACKED RUBBISH" and, aside of the Japan tour, they returned to Europe to held a tour too. The band has become pretty famous overseas and their popularity grows day by day.
