"Virtual-Controls" offers:
Radio or Cabled Remote Equipment cameras, electrical interrupters for lights and blinds.
In the near future we will increase the list to include whatever equipment is on the market...thermometers, heat sensors, thermostats, humidity sensors, appliances, etc. We will keep up on new innovations and advise customers of any equipment and/or software that may assist their needs. Distance limitations are 30 meters (100 ft) and can be placed out-doors, with the exception of interrupters.
Installation Equipment and software. Also we will support the customer with the installation of their ADSL or private line by their service provider.
Acceptance "Virtual-Controls"will work along with the customer to provide the installation of hardware and software and prove, from a remote point, that everything is customer accepted.
Equipment and Price Lists Before a contract is signed, the customer will know exactly what will be installed and the corresponding prices.
On-going Webpage Maintenance Not only will "Virtual-Controls" give webpage maintenance and assistance but will provide the customer with logs of any failed attempts of access to their webpage and upon request, will provide the customer with successful attempts so the customer will feel confident that no one has accessed their webpage without their knowledge.
Charges will be applied for: Installation, paid at acceptance. Equipment and Installation - *Average cost 1000.00 Euros.
Maintenance: A slight charge will be applied for maintaining the user data base webpages and security of the user webpage. This may be paid monthly, bimonthly or for an entire year, depending on the contract agreement. 15.00 Euros per month.
Early disconnection fees: Since the equipment will be owned by the customer, there is no charge of early disconnection unless the customer requires a technicians assistance in dismounting the customer equipment. Dismounting fees will be, for the same average above, 200.00 Euros.
A reinstallation at another primary-premise, utilizing the same average will be 500.00 Euros.
Customer Modifications: Any customer modification requests must be applied for obvious reasons and depending on number of equipment moves, ** Average 100.00 Euros per two equipments.
NOTE: Since most of the equipment is radio controlled a customer may move their own equipment without a technical visit. We will work with the customer to keep these to a minimum!
*These are estimated prices and may be more or less depending on number of equipment installations. The average number of equipment above is "five".
**Average modification cost is applied to moving two equipments.
