Chief Excutive Officer, David R. Cooke
David Cooke has 32 years experience in the telecommunications sector; 20 in the U.S. and 12 in Spain and Europe. He worked as a Special Services Engineer and was SME representing Bell Atlantic, now Verizon to Bellcore. Mr. Cooke's last title in the U.S. was Telecommunications Expert. He began his European Career as a Consultant for Telefònica de España and later was one of the founders of Airtel (Vodafone, Spain) where he worked as a network Engineer. In the year 2000, Mr. Cooke took another management position with Broadnet Consorcio until creating
"Virtual-Controls" He’s an American citizen and resides in Madrid.
