Ok - so we can't really make sure you're following these, for the most part, but here are some rules that are important to us . . .

1. NO SMOKING in the house!  EVER. In fact - give up smoking, it's not good for you.
2. Wear life jackets when you're out on the boat. This is a MUST for anyone under 18. There are several life jackets in various sizes located in the boat box by the pond or in the boat house. If you don't find one to fit you, or your children, buy one.
4. Pets are allowed on a special request and approval basis only, and require an additional deposit.  Please clean up after them. 
5. Use cutting boards when you're chopping on the kitchen counters.
6. Don't run with scissors.
