Big Beach in South Maui. I'm standing on a hill on the north end, looking south. Notice the red cloth in the bottom left hand corner. I was wondering why a pair of underwear was in the rocks at the top of this hill...after snapping the picture, I turned around and found out why. Directly to the north of Big Beach is Little Beach, also known as the nude beach! |

Both of the pictures above were taken at Punalau falls. Luckily we found two walking sticks where the trail began, because We had to do quite a bit of rock hopping to get there.. This was our first stop on the "Road to Hana". |

Wai'anapanapa Black Sand Beach. The "sand" ranged from softball sizes rocks all the way to sand as fine as powder. The bigger rocks were all in the surf line while the smaller rocks and sand were in the high tide level and above. As the waves rolled out and pulled on the bigger rocks, you could actually hear them knocking into each other. |

Here is a shot of the dive stie "5 Graves" I'm sure the killer turtle that nearly got Christy is lurking just below the surface. |

One of the many beautiful sunsets we saw in Maui. Lanai is off in the distance while Molokini can be seen a little closer in. |
