Noviembre 10 : especimen se convierte en el primer grupo mexicano de ha rdcore en tocar en el famoso bar de aquella epoca ( el iguanas. ) en donde grabaron su tercer demo esta vez en vivo, ( especimen en iguanas. vol. lll.) el cual fue aseptado favorablemente por la critica especializada de rock al concederles nuevamente el reconocimiento anual como los mejores en su genero, para ese año especimen ya era conocido subterraneam ente dentro y fuera de la republica mexicana, llegando a hacer entrevistados en varias ocaciones por diferentes fanzines del mundo, ( e.e.u.u., inglaterra, españa, alemania, peru, costa rica y la rep. mex. ) integrandoce de lleno a la escena del mov. Punk.
