Exercise with a Physical Therapist and get fit safely
Kamila grew up in Czechoslovakia
and graduated in Cultural Studies from Charles
University in Prague. In 1982 she fled Communism
and spent a year in a refugee camp in Italy. After
immigrating to Canada she graduated from the University
of Toronto in Physiotherapy and gained experience
in private clinics and hospitals in both Ontario,
Canada and in Florida, U.S.A. In 1994 She opened
her own clinic in Toronto where she has successfully
treated thousands of patients. Kamila decided
to make this video when she recognized the need
for a program of this nature. She is already planning
more productions.
