If you have no intention of following through with this auction, adhere to our guidelines, or are willing not to pay for your items, please do not bid on our auctions. 

Thank you.  We would like to apologize for any inconvience or misinterpretations our disclaimer may cause you. We have had alot of bogus bidders lately, and this disclaimer is designed to protect us the seller and you the buyer. By bidding on this item(s), you automatically adhere to the following legalities:


(1)    You are of the legal age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian to bid on any of our items from within your state or country.
(2)   
Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
(3)    Once the pre-paid item is in transit via the proper mailing service (Airborne, USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.), we are not responsible for mishandled, misdirected, damaged, theft by an outside source, accidents caused by an outside source, the forces of mother nature, or the misuse of your item(s).

(4)    We are not legally responsible if your package(s) is/are  tampered with or its contents manipulated in any fashion or form by an outside force.  Please consult your mailing service if this does occur.
(5)    If the buyer wishes to send payment for an item in the tender of cash, the buyer must agree to an electronic contract or email stating that the buyer is sending the legal tender of cash as payment for an item, and it adheres to the following rules and regulations of this contract. That electronic mail will be the proof and the receipt that the buyer is sending cash for the payment of an item and the seller agrees to it.
(6)    We encourage the use of personal or postal money orders to help keep a receipt and record of your transaction.  If the buyer decides to send any other form of payment it will be at their own discretion.

(7)    We are not responsible if the buyer sends payment in the form of legal tender or personal or postal money, and payment is mishandled, misdirected, damaged, theft by an outside source, accidents caused by an outside source, or the forces of mother nature.  That is why we encourage the use of personal or postal money orders.
(8)    If the buyer has a negative rating from 1 to etc., we reserve the right not to sell to the buyer for security reasons.
(9)    We reserve the right to limit, restrict, or rescind the number of items of any auction won or bidded upon.

(10)  We have the right to refuse or drop any buyer at any time and at our discretion if we feel that the buyer is not serious aobut our bid(s), dishonest, or not serious about sending payment.
(11)  We reserve the right to drop any buyer from an auction if he/she does not respond in the alotted time(usually 4 business days).
(12)  If the buyer sends a personal check and it bounces or sends counterfeit legal tender, that buyer is  violating Rule Number 5 and Rule Number 6.  The buyer will be responsible to pay for both the bounced check on both sides of the transaction.  And the illegal tender will be reported to the proper authorities.

(13)  The buyer and seller agree not to mislead, commit fradualent claims, slander, etc. on the behalf of both parties.
(14)  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable regardless of the circumstances.  Please take this matter up with the shipping service provided.
(15)  Insurance is optional and is up to the buyer to request this service.  If the buyer wishes to place insurance upon an item, the buyer will have to pay an additional fee to cover the insurance cost.

(16)  All buyers pay a $1.00 non-refundable packing charge(labor and supplies) for each item listed, even if multiple purchases or transactions are combined to save on postage and insurance costs.
(17)  We do not ship to international destinations due to banking and payment problems.
(18)  We only ship during regular working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.  We do not ship during observed holidays and weekends.

(19)  Please allow up to 1-2 weeks by ground or 3 days to 1 week by air for your transaction to be complete due to uncertain transit times.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!(unless otherwise stated) As of the date you receive the merchandise.  Any claims to be filed must be  filed with the manufacturer issuing the warranty.  If this product does not include a warranty, then the condition of the product is AS-IS and is sold as such.  eSportsBox does not provide any type of warranty on any product(s) sold through our online BidVille, eBay and Yahoo! Auctions. I describe items fully, and welcome any questions before the auction closes. Buyer's remorse is not an acceptable reason to reaquest a refund. If item is determined to have arrived DOA/DOD, I will reimburse return shipping, but will not refund until item is back in my possession and tested. I log all serial and part numbers in order to match returns with originally shipped items. Please do not try to return an item that was not shipped to you.
(21)  Any order shipped to a destination in New York will be charged a 8.625% sales tax.

(22)  eSportsBox will contact you via email within 24 hours of the auction closed.
(23)  Any item won and not claimed within the specified hours of the auctions or this contract, we have the right to drop the buyer and re-post the auction up for the next auction.
(24)  Due to the amount of bogus bidders on our auctions lately, we have started to compile a list of these bogus bidders to help out real customers and other honest bidders to beware of these bogus bidders.

(25)  eSportsBox is an entity only in the realm of BidVille, eBay and Yahoo!.
(26)  We are not responsible for any typograpgical errors upon our auctions. We are not responsible if our Auctions re-posts the same item up without our knowledge or consent, either through a computer or human error.
(27)  Prices subject to change at any time due to the popularity, limitation or demand of the item.

FREE SHIPPING refers to items  shipped within the U.S. FREE SHIPPING does not include insurance or any other special coverage. Shipping method for FREE SHIPPING items is to our own discretion. INTERNATIONAL orders are still subject to shipping/handling fees plus an additional $2 packaging fee.
(29) If you are requesting a shipment to a non-confirmed mailing address, please contact us *prior* to bidding. We will entertain these requests, but am under no obligation to accept them.

Non-Paying Bidder Policy: Buyers who do not pay (or indicate payment for Money Orders & personal checks) after three days will be sent a notice, and after seven days, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed If for some reason you have extenuating circumstances, please email us and we can work something out.

(31) Stock/Inventory Policy: Unless otherwise noted, all items are on hand, in my possession, and ready for shipment.
(32) It is not my policy to make money on shipping. But, because my preferred shipping carrier (DHL) only estimates shipping costs upfront, I use my experience and judgement to guess the appropriate rate. Sometimes it is a bit over, sometimes it is under and I eat the cost. My number one goal is to charge a fair rate. I have never been accused of gouging on shipping fees.

(33) International Shipping Policy: Bidders living outside the U.S. must contact me *before* bidding. NO BIDDERS FROM RUSSIA, UKRAINE, OR AFRICA!! PLEASE DO NOT ASK!! I accept Pay Pal, US Postal Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. Unless winning bidder has high positive feedback, US Postal Money Orders/Cashier's Checks must be received and personal checks must clear before I ship. I am always open to cross-shipments from reputable members. International bidders who I have not done business with are required to use BidPay. Repeat international customers are welcome to pay with Pay Pal.

Please leave feedback; it is appreciated. It is my policy to always leave feedback, as it provides a generally accurate portayal of the quality of the member. As a seller, I leave feedback once the buyer has received the item, has left feedback indicating a successfully completed transaction, and the Pay Pal dispute window has closed.
