You found Grandparents, a blog to defend a year four month old baby-boy, legally being robed from his family by a cruel foster mother with money instead of heart.

Case Overview:

On Thursday September 11, 2003, a New York adoption agency, decided to swith a baby from his upbringing blood relatives to a prospect adoptive foster parent. Adoptive agency's reports estated negative opinions on natural parents, maternal grandfather and blood relatives, who asked to continue the blood-relative's care of the baby. The adoption agency reported positive opinions of the prospect adoptive foster parent. Adoptive agency reports led Manhattan Family Court to drastically separate the baby from his blood-relative upbringing family and forced the baby to live exclusively with the prospective adoptive foster parent. The adoptive agency defended full rights for the prospect adoptive foster parent. Irreparable damages were inflicted to the baby and his family by the adoption agency's switch. The case is still on going and challenge different legal issues, from blood relatives rights to the baby through the role of agencies' report pribvilidge in Court decisions.
