Have not do my web pages for quite a long time. I hope today is good start for a new month. I were really too busy in the past weeks. Personally were feeling so tired and do not have extra power to do more after the whole day work. Today is Sunday, I do a good rest at home. Tomorrow is also public holiday in HOng Kong. Guess I could have more time to take rest, maybe I could do more updates on my web as well.

The office removal project is now completed and everything goes smooth in the new office. I have a better working area - the size is larger and have better quality, equipments are also modernized. It seems everything are better than before. By the way, Boss started his happy vacation to Rome 2 days before and I guess he will not check mail in the coming 2 weeks. It may be fair to him that to take a real rest as he keep working day-by-day without real rest for more than years. For myself...... I do hope to take leave but it may not be the suitable time for me to do it.

I plan to setup a better filing system in the new office so that everyone could find the documents they need in the shortest time more effectively. I also want to add more benefit such as snacks and drinks to our office, so that colleagues have better feelings and like to stay in the office for more longer. For the orders by the Fung Shui Master Kwok, I guess most of them would follow Mr. Kwok's advice. I've help them to bought a lot of Fung Shui stuff to the office yesterday. If those Fung Shui stuff could bring all of us more money, chance of promotion and brighter future, it would be great. However, the most important is I hope everyone have good health and enjoy his/her working life here.

For myself, I don't prefer for any promotion. I would prefer the overtime payment more. i.e. if I get any promotion to officer grade, I would lost the benefit to get overtime pay. I prefer to hire a junior secretary to give help to me, as well as to the whole team. I would remind boss on this request that I mentioned in last performance apprasial. For me, the new office is not only a new office, it is also a fresh start - I hope to do better in the new office, to the team, as well as to the boss.

At home - Wo got sick again that make me worry. Just hope that he could get well soon - my dearest Wo!
