What she looks like:
Celeste is 5' 3'' and very slender. She has brown hair and deep blue eyes. Her hair is shoulder length, and pretty straight but slightly wavy.

Her personality and iterest:
Celeste is kind and cares very deeply about people. She is often viewed as snobby though since her self esteem is very high. Celeste loves to play the piano and violin. She's a very outgoing person and loves to be with friends.

How she remembers her past:
One of Celeste's teachers assigned a project to find out about their family's history, while digging through an old trunk hoping to find an old diary or something else she found an old brooch. She picked it up and as she did she had a flashback. In the flashback a woman handed her the same brooch. As Celeste took it she said the words, "Polaris Star Power, Make Up!" She found herself floating in the air surrounded by stars and covered only by ribbons. She was changed into a sailor fuku that was blue and a gray/silver color.

Her Sailor Fuku and Items
Her sailor fuku is like the other senshi's but her colors are deep blue and a gray/silver color. She has a brooch which is what she first uses to transform. She also has a sacred ring that is white gold and has a sapphire in it. It is supposed to resemble her star, Polaris. After she transforms she has a long stick (somewhat like Sailor Pluto's and Sailor Saturn's) called a 'Polaris Guard.' The bottem part is a deep blue and the top is silver. Her choker when she is transformed looks like Sailor Saturn's but is blue and instead of the shape of Saturn it's the shape of Polaris.
