= Rules =

1. You must believe in the P.E.T.E. cause.

2. Real names and nicknames are both fine to use, as long as the nickname is not something... stupid.

3. You don't need to have a website to join.

4. But if you do, you have put up a banner somewhere where I can easily find it (on splash, cliques or fanlist page) before or immediately after you submit the join form. Banners are found on the codes page. If a banner is not there, only your name will be added.

5. When the form asks "Arwen is:" put in "the work of Morgoth!" so that I know that you've read the rules.
