The '76 Corvette Stingray project is now underway. Although the Vette looks pretty complete in the picture at the top of the page, it was bought in many many pieces. It has been dubbed the Racecar In A Box. The frame has already been worked over by the previous owner and now its just a matter of getting the body work and a suitable engine put together.

The search for a Big Block Chevy and a T-56 six speed is on to motivate the vette, while a trip to the Texas Motor Speedway is going to yeild a very nice '71 body from the firewall back. Included with the car was a Monza Tilt nose from Elkers which will finish off the body for the vette.
