Japan serves up a delectable feast of a cooking show in this hugely popular television series. Resplendent Chairman Takeshi Kaga presents master chefs from around the globe who compete for the titular honor. The show was picked up by the Food Network which, while dubbed, took care to capture the flavor of the original. There has been an Iron Chef competition in the U.S. and even talks of a feature film.
