Welcome to the mind of Nikola Tesla.  He was the master of lightning and the father of radio.  He was an inventor and a visionary.  The Serbian emigrated from Croatia to the United States in 1884 and literally took New York by storm with his forays into the then new world of electric power.  Tesla eclipsed even Thomas Edison with his invention of alternate current technology.  It is not an overstatement to say he brought the U.S. into the twentieth century.  Yet accolades are few for this man's outstanding achievements.  He is at least known for inventing the "Tesla coil" and for his ability to harness the power of magnetic fields.  What is not so well known are his predictions and work which foreshadowed so much of what is part of our modern world today.
