The Public Utilities Department-PUD

Responsible for the oversight and management of the public  utilities  services  in  Kosovo,  the  PUD  works  to  ensure  and effective service is provided to consumers. At a press conference in October the department sent out a clear  message  about the actions it has taken to be ready for winter. In line with its mandate,  the  Public  Utilities  Depatment  (PUD)  has  initiated actions, made available budget resources and  mobilized  donor f unding  to  ensure  that  the  public  utilities   are  adequately prepared for the coming winter. In information issued to the press, the department stated:"Following this intervenation (by  interruptions  provided  costumers use services rationally and winter conditions are not unexpecteddly harsh. With  the  cooperation  of  all  customers  and  the utility companies, serious disruptions to the public utilities this winter can be avoided."
