Topic 1: Common Sense
Where has all the common sense gone? Hello? Turn signals are there for a reason. No, it's not ok to interrupt someone when they are talking. Shut your mouth when you eat, for goodness sake! If it's not yours, don't touch it. Rinse off your dishes and put them in the dishwasher when you're done; don't just leave them in the sink to get crusty. Jog on the sidewalk, not in the middle of the freakin' road! Open the door before walking through it. If you're supposed to be somewhere at a certain time, be there at that time; If not, you'd better have a darn-good excuse. When the conversation is over, its OVER! When the trash gets too full, empty it. Look both ways before crossing the street. Don't pick your nose in public. Nobody wants to see your skinny-white bum. Green means GO! Leave things the way you found them; No one wants to pick up your crap. Pull your own weight! If you don't want somebody to find out what you're doing, then don't do it in the first place! And what's with all these stupid pop-up sponser things; nobody cares!  *Sheesh!...*
Topic2: Simple Pleasures
Sunrise. Sunset. A letter from an almost-forgotten friend. Home-cooking. A bubble bath. Curling up with a good book on a cold winters day. A smile. A giggling little girl. The smell after a spring rain. Fireworks. Having someone telling you that you are beautiful. A rainbow. Taking a drive on a pretty road. Getting a card from someone who cares about you. A sleeping baby. Looking at an old photo album. The smell of freshly mowed grass. A campfire. A good conversation with a good friend. Snow on a clear evening. Holding hands with someone you love. Flowers from someone special. Walking in the leaves. Having someone play with your hair. Coloring a picture for a friend. Warm cookies on a rainy day. Late-night talks with your roommate that keep you from sleeping. Giggling. Windchimes blowing in the breeze. Cuddling on a couch with that special someone. Road trips. Hugging. A friend calling to say they care. The moon. Getting butterflies in your stomach when you see that one person. Midnight phone calls that last for hours. Walking barefoot in the grass. A purring kitten. The smell of clean clothes. A special glance. Seeing a falling star. Walking on the beach at dusk. Unexpected random acts of kindness. Getting mail that's not a bill. Warm socks. Best friends.
Topic 3: Stress
It's just a fact of life; we all have it. However, the amount varies from person to person. But what can we do to avoid it? Many people have gone about certain techniques, but theres really only a couple that help.
          1. Don't worry about it. If its meant to be, then it will become.
          2. Take things one at a time. If you are juggling too many tasks, there's a chance to spread yourself to thin, then you will be burning the candle at both ends.
          3. Eat healthy. Real verve comes from the right sources. If you want to have some sweets, vary the amount and don't consume an excess. You would be filling your body with false energy that will wear you down quicker.
          4. Exercise on a regualr basis. There's no need to get some exquisite plan. Approx. 20 minutes of aerobics, three times a week will be sufficient.
          5. BREATHE! Enough said.
Here's just another little tip of advice. Don't ever let anyone tell you that you're not capable of doing something. Many important things came about by the impossible. Also, don't ever be afraid to be yourself. U stands for Unique.

*Never be content with someone else's defintion of you. Instead, define yourself by your own beliefs, your own truths, your own understanding of who you are and how you came to be. Never be content until you are happy with the
unique person you are.
