Hi Rocketman

I was one of the 4 people who came out playing in the Sgt. Pepper suits.
You expressed such a passion to know how to get them that I decided to
email the solution to you.
Alright so it would have been a cool trick to keep it to myself and let
people gasp in awe when we and a group of people come out, but I'm getting
a little tired to having to explain it to everyone that I do a game with.
And because I keep telling them it would become local knowledge anyway.

I initially realised that the extra instruments that are available in the
game each have an individual reference to a Beatle. The bike horn belongs
to Paul because of the moped crash he was involved in back in 1966, the
sitar belongs to George because of his newly found Indian culture at the
time, the Harp belongs to Ringo because when the harp is picked up the song
Goodnight is played, which only had Ringo in it, and the french horn belong
to John because that is what he is holding on the cover of the Sgt. Pepper
LP. Now we had that out of the way, and that the extra instruments had a
purpose.

The next thing to discover was where the suits were being kept. I decided
that the place would have to be pepper-related, so I thought of the themes
of the different areas, and if they had a connection. The far left portal
goes to a scene in Help, the top right portal went to a yellow submarine
and the far right portal went to Abbey Road. This left John's maze (The
only reference I can think of is that there's a fountain and a stream with
a bridge over it, which is a reference to the line in Lucy and the Sky with
Diamonds 'Follow her down to a bridge by a fountain'). In the next room,
there is a bandstand which is a blatent meet-up place for the pepper suits.
In the film Yellow Submarine it was in a bandstand that the Sgt. Pepper
band in the pepper suits were frozen.

With all that out of the way, it's time to divulge the instructions on how
to get the pepper suits...

1)All the Beatles go to get their regular instruments and meet back at the main island.

2)Then they go off to get their extra instruments and meet back at the main
island. John gets the french harp, Paul gets the bike horn, George gets the sitar and Ringo gets the harp.

3)Now each Beatle needs a key. Each one goes individually into the basement and picks up a key, remembering to close the door behind them. After everyone
has a key, the first person to get ones goes back down and collects a second key, then back up to the main island.

4)All four people now go to the maze. It's important that the maze is closed at the first opening before anyone continues to the next area. This is
done in the following way: One person stands on the button to open up the first gate, and the other 3 enter. Then the first person presses the button
again, closing the first gate and opening the second. Another member walks up to the second button and presses it, closing the second gate and opening the
third, letting the first person into the maze. Once he is through then the second button is pressed, closing the first gate and opening the second.
Everyone then gets onto the bridge and gets ready.

5)Everyone enters the next area simutaneously. The person who got the 2nd key should now go down to the mini-maze where the meanie is in and block it
with a key so that the meanie cannot escape.

6)Everyone now goes to the bandstand and stands in the following order from left to right: Paul, Ringo, John, George. Then everyone drops their instruments
at exactly the same time. If you don't get it right first time, keep trying. If you get it right, then the end piece of music from A day in the Life
starts up (The string piece that keeps building up). Now it's a race. All the members have to get back to the discs before the music reaches it's climax.
If they succeed, then they come out wearing the pepper suits, and continue to wear them after they have left the stage.

There you go. Getting back to the discs before the climax ends is probably
the hardest thing to do out of the whole procedure because it only lasts
for 30 seconds. Although I managed to work out most of it through lateral
thought, I wondered what the hell was happening when the climatic music
started. After this happened after a few times, I realised that we weren't
going anywhere just standing there and so we knew he had to get back to the
discs. After a few times we decided just on the offchance that the music
might be a timer, so we got back to the discs before it ended, and we came
out in the pepper suits!

Good luck at executing this procedure.
